How Can I Work With Recruiters?

A recruiter’s job is to put people in roles. While they don’t make the final decision of who gets the job, they can at least usually get you an interview. The rest is up to you.

The good news here is that they want to work with you if you have a good profile. They want to fill these roles with their candidates because that’s how they make money for the work they do to recruit the candidate.

I mentioned above that I’m a recruiter, so how can you work with me now that you’ve found me? Take my Full Course or join my Community. I need to know who you and I need to see your experience and professionalism in action, so working directly with me and learning what I have to teach are crucial to me referring you.

What about other recruiters? Message them! We can’t help you unless we know you.
